Refund and Returns Policy

1. Return Eligibility
You can return most items within 30 days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in new condition.
The product must be returned with all original accessories, manuals, and parts.
Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-returnable” cannot be returned.

2. How to Return an Item
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Customer Support: Email us at info@iconichato.com or call (989) 422-4063 with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Return Authorization: Once your return is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to send back your item.
  3. Ship the Item: Securely pack your item and include the RA number. Please note that return shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer, unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.

3. Refund Process
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Note: Shipping costs are non-refundable. If your return is due to a defective or incorrect item, we will cover the return shipping fees.

4. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange for a different product, you may return the original item and place a new order. Unfortunately, we do not offer direct exchanges at this time.

5. Damaged or Defective Items
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will provide a full refund or send a replacement at no extra cost. Please retain all packaging and product details to assist in the claims process.

6. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products are non-returnable, including:
Gift cards
Downloadable software
Personalized or custom products

7. Customer Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the product is returned in good condition. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for higher-value items, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
